Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your package. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your costume or lingerie fits perfectly and meets your expectations.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from any stains, odors, or damage

Important Note on Intimate Apparel

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodystockings, bikinis, boyshorts, bra sets, chemise lingerie, animal print lingerie, babydoll lingerie, and camisole & cami tops if the hygiene seal has been removed or if the items show signs of wear. Your health and safety are our priority.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions specific to your return

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • All original items in their original condition
  • Original packaging and tags
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Your return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Refund Processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars
  • Any currency exchange differences are the customer’s responsibility
